How long will it take for me to get my items?

From the moment you place your order, there are two steps that commence:

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use reputable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

What happens if I order more than one item?

Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately. 

Can I return my items?

At KNB stores, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased, except where required by law.
